At The Cellar at 24, we cook with what’s close to home. Our small plates are crafted from produce sourced in Fife—caught, grown, or made by people we know and trust. The menu changes with the seasons and what's available locally.
We keep things relaxed here at our restaurant. No dress codes, no pressure. Just good food, good drink, and a space that feels easy to be in. Whether you’re here for a quick bite, a casual drink, or a long evening, you’re welcome.
We believe in accessibility—for taste, for budget, and for everyone who walks through the door.
It’s simple: local food, done well, served with care, all paired perfectly with our selection of wine.

Please be aware when booking a table you must input card details to secure the booking. If this step isnt completed you will lose the booking.
The Cellar at 24 is a small family run business.
In order to operate we rely on all of our bookings being honoured by our guests.
We ask that if you wish to cancel or alter your booking that you do so by giving us at least 24 hours notice. (For tables of 6 or more 48 hours.)
For no shows and on the day cancellations we have no choice but to charge £30.00 per head to cover the cost of losses.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you into our restaurant.
Dog Policy
We love welcoming your four-legged friends to the bar at The Cellar during our lunch service, though we do kindly ask that the main dining room and all evening services remain a quiet, pet-free space for our other diners. To keep things relaxed for everyone, we simply ask that dogs stay on the floor and on a lead while visiting us. We understand that even the best pups can have a vocal moment, but if a dog becomes a bit too unruly or barky, we may gently ask you to settled them outside so that all our guests can continue to enjoy their meal in a peaceful atmosphere.
